Exact Scale
This scale model is specially designed for use with Baqueano readers , this way you will be able to do your training work quickly and quickly.
The KIT consists of the Exacta Monitor and 2 weighing bars.
These come in 3 sizes: 45 cm, 65 cm and 105 cm.
The 45 and 65 cm sizes support up to 1500 kg, ideal for sleeve or tube work. The 105 cm ones support up to 3000 kg and are special for closed drawers.
It consists of two weighing modes: GENERAL AND ANIMAL
ANIMAL mode is suitable for weighing animals, since an accurate weight can be obtained even if the animal is moving
Recommendations
- The bars must be installed on a flat, level surface. And on them place a wooden or metal platform.
- When installing the platform, make sure that it does not touch the sleeve when weighing.
- It is necessary that the sector of the beam in which the platform is located has all the side woods to avoid errors that would occur when the animal rests on them.

Operation
Bluetooth connection
The Exacta Indicator has a Bluetooth connection, which allows it to be connected to Baqueano Readers. This connection allows the weight to be sent to the reader each time an electronic caravan is read. In the top bar of the scale screen there is an indicator of the Bluetooth connection status.
Scale Connection - Reader
After a few seconds, the reader will show all the devices found on the screen. You must choose the device corresponding to the scale. The Bluetooth of the Baqueano Exacta scale will be displayed with the name “Baqueano Exacta”.

Important
After selecting the scale model, you must select “Single reception” so that the weight passes directly and automatically to the reader.
When communication is established, the confirmation message will be displayed on the reader's screen and the blue light will turn on, which will remain on for the duration of the connection.
The reader will suggest the start of tasks that have actions that will use the Bluetooth connection to record weights. Once the connection between Reader and Scale is established and the Weighing task is started, when reading the caravan of each animal, the reader will AUTOMATICALLY save the weight it receives from the scale.
Balance Plus
This model is a Data Collector with Scale, since it handles more livestock information than weight. Date, batch number, visual ID, electronic ID, weight, sex, observations can be stored.

Balance Plus Connection - Lector Baqueano
The Plus Indicator can work in two ways:
.1 Sending the weight to the reader . Which will allow the information to be centralized in the reader.
.2 Receiving the ID number (electronic caravan) on the scale. This function will allow, in a future weighing, to obtain the daily weight gain of each animal.
Bluetooth connection
The Indicator Plus has a Bluetooth connection, which allows it to be connected to Baqueano readers. This connection allows the weight to be sent to the reader each time an electronic caravan is read or to receive the electronic identification number on the scale.
In the top bar of the scale screen there is an indicator of the Bluetooth connection status.
How to connect the reader and the scale for the first time
After a few seconds, the reader will show all the devices found on the screen. You must choose the device corresponding to the scale. The Bluetooth of the Baqueano Plus scale will be displayed with the name “Baqueano Plus”.
After selecting the scale model (Plus), you will have two options to choose from:
1) Single Receive - Send the weight to the reader
2) IDE x Bluetooth - Send the caravan number to the scale
Once IDE x Bluetooth is selected, the reader will give a Success message connected to Scale Plus and you will see the blue light on (indicating the Bluetooth connection).
In the reader you must select the task to perform, in this case you will select IDExBluetooth (send the caravan number to the scale). You will be ready to start your work.
